Over thirty years ago, the Lord called Stephen and Barbara Arbo to help establish a place of prayer in New England—beginning first by cultivating prayer in the hearts of people. That call has taken them across the globe, ministering in prayer retreats, clinics, schools, and revivals.

For over sixteen years, Steve provided leadership to a 24/7 prayer ministry at Calvary Cathedral International in Fort Worth, Texas. In 2012, the Lord led them into a new phase: planting The Sanctuary in New England—a place for believers to rest, be refreshed, hear from God, and be sent out to serve. The Arbos believe the time is now for New England and are seeing early signs of another Great Awakening across the nation.
